拆垛機器人是一種自動化設備,主要用于在物流、倉庫以及生產線上進行貨物的自動拆垛作業。這種機器人通常配備有先進的視覺識別系統、機械臂和吸盤或夾爪等末端執行器,能夠精準地定位并抓取托盤上的各類包裝貨物,并按照預設程序將貨物逐一從托盤上拆下。

拆包輸送裝車的過程一般包括以下幾個步驟:

拆垛

:拆垛機器人通過傳感器和/或圖像識別技術找到托盤上貨物的位置,然后控制機械臂運動到指定位置,利用末端執行器(如吸盤或夾爪)將貨物從托盤上取出。

拆包

:對于需要拆開外包裝的貨物,可能還會有專門的拆包設備或者機器人配合完成這一環節,例如撕裂包裝膜、打開紙箱等操作。

輸送

:拆下的貨物會被傳送到輸送帶上,通過輸送系統將貨物按流向輸送到后續流程中,比如分揀線、裝車區等。

裝車

:在裝車區,可以使用另外的裝車機器人或者人工配合,根據車輛內部空間布局及裝載計劃,將輸送過來的貨物有序地碼放到運輸車輛內。

這樣整個過程就實現了從托盤上拆垛貨物,經由輸送系統傳遞,并最終完成裝車發貨的自動化流水作業,極大地提高了工作效率,減少了人力成本,同時確保了作業的安全性和準確性。

Destacking

The depalletizing robot uses sensors and/or image recognition technology to find the position of the goods on the pallet, and then controls the robotic arm to move to the specified position to remove the goods from the pallet using an end effector (such as a suction cup or gripper).

Unpacking

For goods that need to be unpacked, there may be special unpacking equipment or robots to complete this link, such as tearing the packaging film, opening the carton and other operations.

transport

The dismantled goods are conveyed to the conveyor belt, and the goods are transported to the subsequent processes such as sorting lines, loading areas, etc.

Loading

In the loading area, another loading robot or manual cooperation can be used to stack the transported goods in an orderly manner into the transport vehicle according to the internal space layout and loading plan of the vehicle.

In this way, the whole process realizes the automatic flow operation of destacking goods from the pallet, passing through the conveyor system, and finally completing the loading and delivery, which greatly improves the work efficiency, reduces labor costs, and ensures the safety and accuracy of the operation.
